Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 13, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the **Math Worksheet Generator** (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) handles user information. We are committed to providing a safe, practical tool for parents, teachers, tutors, and homeschoolers without compromising your privacy.
2. Intended Audience: Adults, Not Children
The App is designed for use by **adults aged 18 and over**, including parents, teachers, tutors, and homeschoolers. It is **not intended for use by children under the age of 18**.
Worksheets generated by the App are typically printed or downloaded as PDFs and provided to children by an adult. The App itself does not provide a child-directed service, account, social feature, or interactive experience targeted at children.
3. Zero Personal Data Collection
We do not collect, store, share, or process any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) from users of the App.
- No user accounts or signups are required.
- No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses are requested.
- No data is submitted to a backend server.
4. Entirely Client-Side Operation
The App operates entirely within your web browser. When you configure parameters and generate a math worksheet, all generation algorithms and layout calculations are performed locally on your device. No data is transmitted to an external server or database.
5. Cookies and Web Analytics
We use the following analytics and measurement services:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are most popular, and to help improve the user experience. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time spent, and browser/device type. It does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — A privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, local storage, or any client-side state. It does not collect or store PII such as your IP address.
We also use local browser storage (such as localStorage) to remember your cookie consent choice and to cache assets for offline mode (Progressive Web App functionality).
6. Consent Management
When you first visit the site, a cookie consent banner is displayed. By default, Google Analytics and advertising cookies are blocked until you make a choice:
- Accept — Grants consent for analytics, advertising storage, user data, and personalization. Google Analytics will collect data, and ads may be personalized.
- Decline — Denies consent for all purposes. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized, and Google Analytics will not collect data.
Your choice is stored in localStorage and persists across sessions. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
7. Advertising
We display advertisements on the App to support its continued development. These ads are served by Google AdSense.
AdSense may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to serve relevant ads and measure their performance. Whether ads are personalized depends on your consent choice (see Section 6 above). These technologies are standard in the advertising industry and are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Because the App is intended for adult users only, we do not serve interest-based advertising directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Worksheet Codes and Sharing Links
The worksheet sharing feature allows parents or teachers to share exact worksheet configurations using URL query parameters (e.g. `seed`, `digits`, `carry`). These parameters represent static mathematical inputs to generate identical problem sets. They do not contain any user-specific or behavioral details.
9. Third-Party Links
Any links to third-party services (such as external checkout platforms for PDF bundles) are governed by the respective third-party's privacy policies. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor online activity and review the privacy policies of external sites.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Since we do not collect contact details, we recommend checking this page periodically if you have privacy concerns.
